How booking works

1. Find an event

Browse by city or category from the home page, or search for a venue, festival or conference. Open an event to see the line-up, venue, timings and pass types.

2. Book a pass

Choose a ticket type, add attendee details and pay. Your order confirmation appears straight away, and the QR pass lands under My tickets.

3. Enter at the gate

Show the QR on your phone. Crew scan once - each pass works a single time, so a forwarded screenshot will not get someone else through.
